Rappin' John Hood returns to his old neighborhood after spending years there as a delinquent. But times have changed and John wants only to help out the youth of the streets. When the owners of his grandmother's building try to tear it down, John uses his rappin',a clever kind of street talk, to convince the courtroom of the need to maintain the building.
