From the imagination of DJ Q-Bert comes Wave Twisters: Episode 7 Million, Sonic Wars Within The Protons

DJ Q-Bert made history in 1998 by releasing skratch music's most influential album Wave Twisters. Fans worldwide were captivated by the brilliance of this "new" music, which told a story using only skratch music - from the drums and vocals to the melodies and sound effects. Wave Twisters had broken all boundaries and opened a whole new world for all to enjoy. Skratching had soon taken its place in American culture as the soundtrack of the 21st Century. But the saga didn't end there. As soon as Wave Twisters the album was completed, Wave Twisters the movie began to take shape. San Francisco graffiti legend DugOne, along with animator/directors Syd Garon and Eric Henry, were assigned the task of creating an animated film based on the album, skratch for skratch. The result is Hip Hop's first animated film, Wave Twisters the Movie.

Enter the Wave Twisters...

The lost arts of Hip Hop: B-boying, Graffiti, MCing, and of course, Skratching are being oppressed throughout Innerspace by Lord Ook and his evil minions the Chinheads. Amid the chaos one crew of heroes, cleverly disguised as a team of oral hygenists, is determined to save the lost arts from total extinction. Armed with the ancient relic known as the Wave Twister, the only weapon powerful enough to defeat the enemies, the Dental Commander and his team travel to the far ends of Innerspace for a final confrontation with the sinister army of oppressors. Will the evil Lord Ook succeed in his ultimate scheme to force the lost arts into non-existence? Or will our heroes save the galaxy from his clutches? All this and much more lies ahead in Wave Twisters: Episode 7 Million, Sonic Wars Within The Protons!
